Njory Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the personal care and cosmetic nature of our products, and in accordance with strict public health and safety regulations, Njory enforces a definitive Return and Exchange Policy designed to protect both our brand standards and our consumers.
Customers are entitled to request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Strict Condition Requirements: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be completely unused, unopened, un-tampered with, and in the exact same pristine condition that it was received. It must remain in its original, sealed product packaging with all protective shrink-wraps, safety seals, and labels fully intact.

For sanitary and public safety reasons, any cosmetic or skincare item that has been opened, unsealed, or used even once cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Items purchased during special promotional sales, discount events, or clearance periods are considered final sales and are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
All returned items undergo a rigorous quality control inspection upon arrival at our facility to verify their unused, unopened, and original state before any financial credit or exchange is authorized.
Approved refunds will be credited back exclusively to the original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days. Actual processing times may vary depending on your financial institution's policies.
Original shipping fees are strictly non-refundable, and all return shipping and handling costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
